Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. You link your number by scanning a QR code, the same way you open WhatsApp Web.
Does the AI agent reply in Nepali?
It replies in English or Nepali, including Romanized Nepali. You write its instructions, and it passes the chat to your team when a person should take over.
Who can see my data?
Only your team. Each business has its own separate account, and we never sell your data. You can export your records whenever you want.
